摘　　要：目的观察2种不同的氯菊酯复配剂对淡色库蚊、德国小蠊、家蝇的杀灭效果。方法按照国标GB/T13917.1-2009中喷雾及滞留喷洒方法和GB/T13917.10-2009模拟现场药效测定方法进行。结果 2种复配剂对淡色库蚊、德国小蠊、家蝇的喷雾和模拟现场效果24 h内死亡率均为100%,在不吸收、半吸收、吸收表面30、45 d平均死亡率大于90%,符合GB/T13917.1-2009的A级要求。结论 2种不同的氯菊酯复配剂快速杀灭率高,在不吸收、半吸收、吸收表面对蚊、蝇、蟑有较好的杀灭效果,施药后表面药痕小、有较长的持效性,药效稳定。Objective To observe the efficacy of two kinds of permethrin mixture to kill Culex pipiens pallens,Blattella germanica and Musca domestica.Methods The study was conducted according to method of spraying and residual spraying of GB/T13917.1-2009 and method of imitating spot efficacy test of GB/T13917.10-2009.Results All the mortality of Culex pipiens pallens,Blattella germanica and Musca domestica disposed by the mixture through spraying and simulating site within 24 h was 100%.The average mortality of three pests respectively on surface without absorption,surface with half-absorption and surface with whole absorption after 30 and 45 d was greater than 90%,which accorded with A-level requirements of GB/T13917.1-2009.Conclusion The killing efficacy of mixture of two kinds of permethrin is pretty high,and the mixture has preferable killing efficacy to mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches respectively on surface without absorption,surface with half-absorption and surface with whole absorption.The trace of drug is relatively small after spraying.The mixture has a long-last period persistence and efficacy is relatively stable.
