摘 要:随着我国原油储备能力的增加,原油库的生产能耗将进一步增大。对于油库这种由储油罐、输油泵、加热炉等用能单元按照一定拓扑关系连接组成的总能系统,热力学分析方法可从能质角度对其进行全面分析,反映能的真正价值和利用程度。首先采用序贯模块法确定油库系统各单元模块的节点参数,然后根据工艺流程的特点,建立了系统分析的灰箱模型,给出了正平衡效率、损系数及反平衡效率的计算式。对某油库进行分析的应用实例研究,结果表明加热炉的损系数为73.99%,是油库损最大的设备;在其各项损失中,换热损失高达47%。因此,提高油库效率的主要途径是改善加热炉换热过程的能级匹配。With the increase of our country's crude oil reserves capacity,energy consumption in oil depot production will further increase.For this kind of complex and dynamic energy consumption system composed of oil storage tank,transfer pump,heating furnace and the other energy consumption unit according to certain topological relationships,the thermodynamics exergy analysis which can be used to reflect the true value and utilization degree of enengy is applied to perform a comprehensive analysis from the view of energy quality.Firstly,the sequential modular approach was used to determine the node parameters of oil depot unit module.Then according to the technological process,the gray box exergy model of oil depot system was established.Furthermore,the positive equilibrium exergy efficiency,exergy loss coefficient and anti-balance efficiency formula were given out.The case study of exergy analysis application in a certain oil depot shows that the exergy loss coefficient of furnace is 73.99%,which is the maximum loss in oil depot.Among its various exergy losses,exergy loss of heat exchange is up to 47%.Therefore,it is important to improve energy level match in heat exchange process of furnace for increasing the exergy efficiency of oil depot.
