摘　　要：在分析小功率电机钢板接线盒结构的基础上,通过初步计算、生产试验、修正的反复进行,准确地确定了该类零件的坯料尺寸,设计了它的落料压型复合模,并介绍了该模具的制造要点。The structure of steel plate junction box of small power electrical machines was analyzed. The size of stock of such parts was accurately determined by preliminary calculation, production test and repeated modified. The compound blank and forming die of the part were designed and the manufacturing main points of the die were introduced.
