摘　　要：西交利物浦大学行政信息楼为平面及竖向特别不规则的超限复杂高层,除对整体结构进行多模型、多软件比较分析外,对结构中的关键构件确定抗震性能目标,根据其各自实际受力状况进行更细致的补充计算与分析,构造上采取相应的抗震加强措施,使关键构件的抗震能力不低于整体结构的抗震能力。Xi＇an Jiaotong-Liverpool University＇s administration information center is a complex high-rise building beyond the code limits with flat and vertical particular irregularity.In addition to comparison and analysis of the main structure with the multi-model using different analysis programs,the seismic function goal of the key elements of the structure were determined.According to their status by force,more detailed calculation and analysis were added,and the measures of seismic strengthening were taken to make the seismic capacity of the key elements over that of the main structure.
