氯吡格雷在冠状动脉支架植入术后的临床疗效及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗冠状动脉支架植入术后的临床疗效及安全性。方法入选48例行冠状动脉支架置入术患者,根据服药情况分为两组:联合治疗组(A组)24例,基础治疗组(B组)24例,其中,基础治疗组长期地服用阿司匹林、辛伐他汀,联合治疗组在服用上述两种药的同时联用氯吡格雷12个月,观察两组治疗效果及出血不良反应的发生情况。结果联合治疗组治疗12个月、24个月的总有效率(100%,93.62%),明显高于基础治疗组(82.02%,58.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组发生出血不良反应的差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在阿司匹林、辛伐他汀治疗基础上加用氯吡格雷可明显改善冠状动脉支架植入术后的疗效,且不增加出血风险。Objective To inwestigate clinical effects and safty of clopidogrel combined with aspirin and simvatatin in patients with coronary aterry stent operation.Methods Fourty-eight patients with coronary aterry stent operation are selected,randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group according to medication taken.Both groups took aspirin and simvatatin in the long term,and the combined treatment group was additionally treated with clopidogrel for 12 moths.Curative effects and bleeding untoward effects are observed.Results Total effieciency of the combined treatment group after treated 12 moths and 24 moths were significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）.The difference of bleeding untoward effects wasn＇t statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclussion On the basis of aspirin and simvatatin therapy plus clopidogrel may not only improve effects of coronary stenting,but also not increase the risk of bleeding.
