摘　　要：根据应用服务的实际需求,对适用于海洋环境特点的时空分析模式和相关评价模型进行了探讨研究,对适用于系统建设的监测数据的时间分析和空间分析以及相关评价技术进行了应用分析研究,选用GIS技术作为系统基础,构建了基于GIS的海洋监测数据分析评价应用系统,实现了监测数据的自动分析与评价等功能。According to the application service actual demand for the marine environment, we studied the space-time analysis models and related evaluation model and applied them to the monitoring system for the time and space analysis of data analysis and evaluation techniques, Using the GIS technology as a system, a GIS-based data analysis and evaluation system of marine monitoring applications has constructed to achieve automatic monitoring data analysis and evaluation functions.
