摘　　要：采用AHP方法,对珠海港口群的竞争力进行分析。将珠海港口群竞争力评价指标划分为目标层、准则层和指标层,各层各因素组成判断矩阵,经过计算得出珠海港口群的竞争力的量化指标,最后又有针对性的提出提高珠海港口群竞争力建议。Using AHP method, the Zhuhai Port Group＇s competitiveness was analyzed. The competitiveness evaluation index of Zhuhai Port Group is divided into the target layer, rule layer and index layer. All taetors of layers composed tile judgment matrix. Through calculating, the quantified measure of Zhuhai Port Group＇s competitiveness is achieved. At last, it puts forward some suggestions on improving the competitiveness of Zhuhai Port Group.
