摘　　要：本文针对叶丝高速膨胀干燥机(气流烘丝机)在预热阶段产生部分冷凝水,造成生产初期烟丝吸附冷凝水而产生湿团的质量缺陷,从来料状况、喷嘴雾化效果和模拟水加适量等方面加以分析,通过调整模拟水施加量和在旋风分离器锥形筒加装加热装置,湿团烟丝减少较为明显,产品质量更加稳定。In the initial stage of production, the condensed water what is produced by the high speed cut tobacco expansion dryer （ cut tobaceo airflow dryer ） in the preheating stage make the quality defect cut tobacco adsorbing condensed water turning into balls of wet tobacco. On the basis of analyzing the material status, nozzle atomization effects and the preset amount of water and so on, by adjusting the preset amount of water and installing a heating device on the cone cylinder of the cyclone separator, the reduction of the balls of wet tobacco is obvious and the product quality become more stable.
