摘　　要：本文介绍了GJB5000A《军用软件研制能力成熟度模型》成熟度二级和三级的基本内容,分析了二级实施现状及其固有不足,以及三级成熟度所带来的改进,并对如何二级升级三级的策略给出了建议。This article describes the basic content of the secondary and third GJB5000A Maturity Model of Military Software Development Capacity, analyzes the secondary implementation, and its shortage, and the improvement of third maturity. At last, the suggestion on upgrading strategies from secondary to tertiary is put forward.
