摘  要:采用复合式絮凝床对中段废水进行预处理,探讨了影响CODCr去除率的各种因素,得出了最佳工艺参数,比较了复合式絮凝床处理后生化和深度处理效果及运行费用。结果表明,复合式絮凝床预处理,CODCr去除率高达45.6%。与自然沉降和混凝沉淀相比,废水的可生化性分别提高了10.4%和7.5%,高达84.3%;总的运行费用分别节省1.85元/t水和1.16元/t水,为2.79元/t水。The factors affecting the removal of CODCr of paper mill effluent treated by the Combined Elextr-floculation Reactor was investigated. The optinmal operation condition was obtained. CODCr removal rate of the effluent was 45.6% when the Combined Elextr-floculation Reactor was used in pretreatment stage. Compared with natural settling and coagulation, the biodegradability of the effluent after treatment with the Combined Elextr-floculation Reactor was up to 84.3%, increasing 10.4% and 7.5% respectively, total operating cost of a ton of water was only 2.79 ¥saving 1.85 ¥ and 1.16 ¥ respectively.
