摘 要:以油菜为研究对象,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度的EM微生物制剂对油菜产量及品质的影响,EM微生物制剂稀释倍数分别为200、400、600、800,以清水作为对照。结果表明,EM微生物制剂能够增加油菜产量,提高叶绿素、维生素C、氨基酸以及速效磷的含量,并且能够降低有机酸和硝态氮含量,其中以稀释400倍的EM微生物制剂最有利于油菜产量和品质的提高,且EM微生物制剂在一定范围内存在浓度效应。This paper studied the effective microorganisms of different diluted times on the yield and quality of Brassica napus by the pot experiment, and the diluted times were 200, 400, 600 and 800, with the water treatment as the control. The results showed that the effective microorganisms could increase the yield of B. napus and the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C, amino acids and available phosphorus, and reduce the contents of organic acids and nitrate nitrogen. The 400 times diluted liquid of the effective microorganisms was most beneficial to improve the yield and quality of B. napus, and the concentration effect existed in a certain range.
