摘 要:原发性高血压是多基因遗传和多种环境因素共同作用下的复杂疾病,免疫机制在高血压的发生、发展和治疗中占据重要的作用。T淋巴细胞作为最重要的免疫细胞,参与了其病理生理及炎症过程。近年来,调节性T细胞与高血压的关系尤其受到关注,并取得了一定的研究成果,开辟了高血压的免疫治疗这个全新的领域。现对近年来T细胞免疫与高血压的研究进展做简要综述。Essential hypertension involves multiple factors acting in concert. Recently it has become apparent that the immune system plays an important role in the occmTence of hypertension, and it its development and treatment. T lymphocytes are immune cells involved in physiopathological and inflammatory processes of hypertension. In recent years, the relationship between regulatory T cells ( Treg ) and hypertension has been examined. Tregs are a potential option in the treatment of hypertension. This review focuses on advances made in understanding the relationship between T cell immunity and hypertension.
