浙西地区白血病化疗患者社会支持状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙西地区白血病化疗患者的社会支持状况,为制定护理措施提供依据。方法 60例住院化疗的白血病患者为观察组,58例同期住院的非白血病患者为对照组,采用社会支持评定量表评定,比较两组的社会支持状况。结果观察组的社会支持总分(40.00±9.08)分,对照组的社会支持总分(42.13±7.71)分,t=0.02,P>0.05。结论浙西地区白血病化疗患者的社会支持较好,护理中重视利用患者的社会支持。Objective To study the social support condition for Patients with leukemia receiving chemotherapy in Western Zhejiang to provide evidence for nursing countermeasures. Method Observation group is formed by 60 inpatients with leukemia receiving chemotherapy. Control group is formed by 58 inpatients without leukemia at that time. Assess them by social support rating scale and compare their social support condition. Result The total score on social support of observation group is （40. 00± 9.08）. The total of control group is （42. 13 ± 7. 71）,t= 0. 02,P〉0. 05. Conclusion The social support condition for patients with leukemia receiving chemotherapy in Western Zhejiang is nice. Social support should he paid attention to in nursing care.
