摘 要:目的:了解计算机X射线摄影(CR)设备在北京市各级医疗机构中的应用状况、维护保养和性能技术参数的达标情况,以便采取相应措施,减少受检者的辐射剂量,获得稳定、高质量的医学影像,提高医疗诊断水平。方法:调查分析2010年度北京市92家不同级别的医疗机构119台CR设备检测报告。结果:CR设备年检合格率仅为29.4%,不合格设备达84台。不合格主要项目是照射剂量指示校准和IP响应线性,其次是IP响应均匀性、IP通过量和空间分辨力。结论:CR设备的IP板使用到一定次数后,其量子噪声增大,接受X射线的灵敏度会相应降低,因此IP板不能无限期重复使用,必要时应及时更换IP板。在日常工作中,应避免将IP板拿出暗盒外。在保养时,应使用厂家要求的专用清洗剂对IP板和激光读取器进行清洁保养。CR设备应安装在清洁防尘的房间内,使用单位应每周、每月和每半年对相关项目进行稳定性检测,并认真做好日常维护保养工作。Objective: To know the use,maintenance and qualification of CR equipments in medical institutions of different levels in Beijing so as to reduce radiation dose to clients,gain stable and high-quality images and improve the diagnostic level of different institutions.Methods: We investigated and analyzed the test reports of 119 sets of CR equipments in 92 medical institutions of different levels in Beijing in 2010.Results: The passing rate of the annual inspection of the CR equipments was only 29.4%,in which 84 equipments were below the standard.The poor items were mainly the indication standard of the amount of ultraviolet radiation and IP response linearity,IP response balance,IP throughput and spatial resolution.Conclusion: After frequent use of many times,the quantum noises of the IP boards is louder and louder,and the sensibility of receiving X-ray reduces.Therefore,it is not wise to reuse IP board indefinitely.However,it is necessary to change them.In daily work,the IP boards must not be taken out the cassettes.Users should use specialized detergent which the manufacturer assigns to clean and maintain the IP boards and the laser readers.The CR equipements shoud be fixed in clean dustproof rooms,and the users should test the stability of related projects weekly,monthly and half a year,and maitian them well in daily work.
