摘　　要：为实时和准确地对中小型三相异步电动机的效率进行监测,设计了一款实用的自动化程度较高的中小型三相异步电动机运行参数现场测试设备。该设备采用16位高速A/D转换器ADS8364进行6路信号同时采样和转换,硬件锁相环技术来实现采样同步,采用高速DSP TMS320F2812为控制核心,实时地完成电动机运行加权平均综合效率、综合经济负载率的计算,对其运行状态进行判定,并利用液晶显示和优盘模块存储电机参数。经实验验证:能够对电力系统进行实时、准确的参数测量和数据分析,测试系统在功能及测试结果上完全满足设计要求。For monitoring the efficiency of small and medium three-phase asynchronous motor accurately and in real time,the authors introduced a practical on-site operating-parameter tester with a high degree of automation.16-bit high speed A/D converter ADS8364 is used for collecting and converting 6-channel signals simultaneously.Hardware phase-locked loop technology is adopted for synchronous collection,and also high-speed DSP TMS320F2812 is used as the core of control to complete the calculation of weighted average comprehensive efficiency and integrated economic load rate in the process of motor running in real-time and to judge its operating status as well.Motor parameters are shown on liquid crystal display and stored in USB storage module.Experimental results indicated the tester can measure parameters and analyze data accurately and in real time for power system,and fully meet the design requirements both in function and test results.
