摘  要:丘脑束旁核(Pf)在疼痛信息的传递,感觉和整合过程中起重要作用,这已被大量的实验资料所证实,但既往的工作多是在正常动物上进行的。我们曾观察到大鼠在局部注射弗氏完全佐剂诱发急性关节炎后处于痛敏状态,表现为电刺激尾尖引起的嘶叫阈降低。We have previously demonstrated that during acute arthritis in the rats induced by local intraplanter injuvant, there are dramatic alterations in the behavioral responses to noxious stimulation. The purpose of this study was to observe the changes in responses of parafascicular nuclei (Pf) neurons during acute arthritis and effect of acupuncture (EA) in the rats.
