摘　　要：支付业务是资金流动的外在表现。中国现代化支付系统中记载的支付业务,客观体现了社会资金跨行别、跨地区的流动情况。大额实时支付系统是中国现代化支付系统的重要组成部分,处理资金占社会支付系统总额的六成多。本文以2005年6月至2011年6月的大额支付系统支付业务数据为基础,通过对山东半岛蓝色经济区内青岛、潍坊等七市的支付业务量、相互之间的资金流动情况及变动趋势进行分析,揭示了各市间资金流动的内生动力,并基于此提出促进半岛蓝色经济区资金流动的建议。Payment is external appearance of capital flow. The payment recorded by China National Automation Payment System （CNAPS） reflects the cross-bank and cross-regional flow of social capital. As an important part of the CNAPS, the High Value Payment System （HVPS） deals with more than 60% payment of whole social payment system. On the basis of payment data （June 2005-June 2011） of HVPS, by analyzing the payment volume and mutual capital flow of the Seven Cities in Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone, this paper reveals the endogenous driving force of capital flow of the Seven Cities. Based on that, this paper gives suggestions on improving the capital flow of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone.
