摘　　要：基于专利优势企业培育工程实施目标,对专利优势企业应具备的内涵进行了探讨,构建了专利优势企业评价的指标体系,并以江苏风电行业专利为案例采用二维矩阵组合评价方法进行专利强度的实证分析,以指导专利优势企业项目的培育计划。Based on the targets of training enterprises with patent advantages,this article investigates the required meaning of the enterprises,builds index systems of their evaluation,and analyzes enterprise patents of Jiangsu wind power industry with the evaluation method of two-dimensional matrix combination to guide the training plan of those enterprise patent advantages projects.
