摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT三维重建对设计个性化颅骨塑形修补术的应用。方法:回顾性分析120例重型颅脑外伤患者,其中40例行常规颅骨塑形修补术(常规组),80例则为个性化颅骨塑形修补术(观察组)。对比两组患者颅骨修补术的手术时间、术中整形时间、术后并发症及术后满意度。结果:观察组无论在手术时间、术中整形时间、术后并发症及术后满意度上均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT三维重建对设计个性化颅骨塑形修补术有广阔的应用前景。Objective：To study value of three-dimensionel reconstruction of spiral CT in skull shaping.Methods：Data of 120 cases of severe head trauma were retrospectively analyzed,of which 40 underwent routine skull repair（Control group） while the observation group underwent individual repairing surgery under the guidance of three-dimensionel reconstruction of spiral CT.Operation time,intraoperative shaping time,incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The observation group showed better outcomes regarding to operation time,intraoperative shaping time,incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative satisfaction than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Three-dimensionel reconstruction of spiral CT shows significant value in personalized skull shaping for patients with severe head trauma.
