模糊综合评判法在大型医疗设备引进决策中的应用研究

摘　　要：现今医用设备已成为各级医院提高医疗水平、增强竞争力、扩大经济效益的重要物质手段。设备管理系统是医院管理系统的一个重要子系统,而如何科学地购置和引进大型医用设备更是医院管理的一个重要方面。本文从引进设备的社会市场条件、医院的自身条件、引进设备的技术条件和经济条件等方面逐一进行分析和论证,构建综合评价体系,运用模糊数学理论建立数学模型,将大型医用设备购置中定性问题定量化解决,为医院决策者解决难题。Large medical equipment has become an important means for all kinds of hospitals to improve medical care standards,develop competence and increase economic benefit.Equipment Management is a very important part of Hospital’s Managerial system.How to introduce large medical equipment scientifically is a significant side of Hospital Management.We analyzed and demonstrated how to introduce large medical equipment scientifically and effectively,based on the market,hospital’s technical and economic conditions.A general evaluating system and a mathematical model have been established to ration the qualitative problem in purchasing large medical equipment.
