摘　　要：目的:通过研究孕妇母体外周血白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平变化,探讨其早产预测价值及提高预测先兆早产孕妇发生早产的准确性。方法:选择2009年6月～2010年6月于我院诊断为先兆早产需要住院保胎治疗的单胎妊娠孕妇60例作为先兆早产组(实验组),测定孕妇母体外周血IL-6值,先兆早产组根据保胎成与否分为保胎成功组与保胎未成功组。同时,以同一时期在我院产前门诊检查的孕产妇30例作为对照组。结果:本实验中先兆早产组IL-6的含量都高于正常分娩组(P<0.05)。结论:IL-6的含量与早产相关,IL-6是预测早产和1周内分娩的较为敏感的指标,可以提高早产的预测能力。Objective：To investigate the relationship between IL-6 in peripheral blood and premature delivery. Methods：A total of 60 cases with single pregnancy and threatened preterm labor admitted from June 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital served as threatened preterm group（experimental group）,and 30 cases from antenatal clinics were selected as control group.IL-6 in peripheral blood was measured.Pregnancy women in experimental group were divided into two groups according to tocolytic result.Results：IL-6 levels in experimental group were higher than the normal delivery group（P0.05） Conclusions：IL-6 levels is associated with premature delivery,and can help improve the prediction accuracy of premature labor.
