孕期常规检测Rh血型的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨孕期常规检测Rh血型的意义和重要性。方法:对我院2010年4月～2011年3月门诊产检的1 638例孕妇进行常规Rh血型检测,并对分娩结局进行追踪分析。结果:共检出Rh(D)阴性血型孕妇5例,阴性率为0.305%,阳性者1 633例,阳性率为99.695%;追踪Rh(D)阴性血型孕妇分娩结局:2例孕妇检测结果无免疫性抗体产生,胎儿分娩后未发生新生儿溶血症;1例孕妇孕35周早产,新生儿发生核黄疸及溶血经治疗无效死亡;2例足月分娩发生新生儿溶血症,经治疗治愈出院。结论:孕期常规进行Rh血型检测可及时发现Rh血型阴性孕妇,有利于早期干预性治疗,对于预防新生儿溶血症的发生有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the significance and importance of of the Rh blood type in routine test for pregnancy.Methods：A total of 1 638 pregnant cases,who had routine pregnancy test from April 2010 to March 2011 had routine Rh blood group testing.Delivery outcome was analyzed.Results：There were 5 cases with negative Rh（D）,and 1 633 positive women.The negative rate was 0.305%,positive rate was 99.695%.Two women didn＇t have antibody,and no hemolytic disease of newborn occurred after delivery.One women with gestational age as 35 weeks had premature delivery,and the newborn was died due to kernicterus and haemolysis.Newborns of two women with full term had hemolytic disease,and were in cure after treatment.Conclusions：Routine blood test of pregnant women is helpful to detect negative Rh blood type.It will help early intervention treatment for the prevention of hemolytic disease.
