普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将我院收治的小儿哮喘的病例64例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。研究组患儿给予普米克令舒1～2mL(含布地奈德0.5～1mg)、博利康尼1～2mL(含博利康尼0.25～0.5mg),加入生理盐水2～3mL,雾化吸入,2～3次/d,每次10～15min;对照组患儿给予氨茶碱4～5mg/kg,氢化考的松5～10mg/kg,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程5～7d。观察两组患儿临床表现及疗效。结果:研究组患儿治疗后咳喘、哮鸣音、湿啰音等恢复正常时间较对照组短(P<0.05);研究组临床疗效显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组患儿无明显不良反应,两组患儿呼吸频率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组患儿心率增快,与研究组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普米克令舒和博利康尼雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著,且不良反应较低,操作简便,可作为治疗小儿哮喘的主要方法。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of budesonide and terbutaline inhalation for child asthma.Methods： A total of 64 pediatric cases of asthma were randomly divided into study group and control group with 32 cases in each group.Budesonide（1 ~ 2 mL,including budesonide 0.5 ~ 1 mg）,and terbutaline（1 ~ 2 mL,including terbutaline 0.25 ~ 0.5mg） were added to normal saline（2 ~ 3 mL） and was given to the treatment group for inhalation after atomization,10 ~ 15 min per time and 2 ~ 3 times per day.The control group was given aminophylline（4~5mg/kg） and hydrocortisone（5 ~ 10mg/kg） for intravenous drip,once per day for 5 ~ 7d.Clinical efficacy and symptoms of the two groups were observed and compared.Results： The treatment group showed significant shorter recovery time than the control group regarding to symptoms of coughing,wheezing,crackles（P0.05）;It also showed better clinical efficacy than the control group（P0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups（P 0.05）.There＇s no significant difference in changes of breathing frequency between the two groups（P0.05） but significant difference in the increase of heart rate were observed（P0.05）.Conclusions：Budesonide combing with terbutaline for inhalation after atomization is effective on child asthma with advantages of easy manipulation and low incidence of side effects.
