摘　　要：肝硬化腹水是慢性肝病患者就诊的主症之一,临床比较多见,严重影响着患者的生活质量。沈舒文教授在临床中接诊了大量的肝硬化腹水病人,总结了丰富的经验,笔者跟随张老师学习颇有收益,从肝腹水的病因、病机、分期论治方面进行了整理,现总结如下,以飨读者。Ascites,one of the main symptoms of patients with chronic liver diseases,which is commonly seen in clinical treatment and which seriously affects the quality of lives of the patients.Prof.Shen Shu-wen received a lot of patients with ascites due to cirrhosis in clinical practice and summarized abundant experience.The present authors learned and benefited a lot from Prof.Shen.The present paper collected and summarized the pathogenesis,mechanism and treatment based on stage differentiation of ascites in order to benefit readers.
