摘  要:为能够对大型接地装置进行综合安全性能评估,对影响接地装置安全运行的几个主要因素的测试方法及作用原理进行了分析研究,通过理论分析与仿真研究得出以下结论。在跨步电压与接触电压的评估中,土壤电阻率的选取不宜考虑季节因子;跨步电压与接触电压测试方向的选择宜通过仿真计算给出;电气完整性测试的合格性判据不宜采用200 mΩ,应适当降低;可以通过在接地网边角追加合适的腐蚀监测点来类推接地装置的腐蚀评估。最后,为建立打分制的接地装置量化评估体系,提出1种接地装置安全运行因素测试结果的评分标准及权重取值参考办法,细化了大型接地装置的状态评估体系。To comprehensively evaluate the safety of large grounding connection, the paper analyzes and studies testing and action principle of the main factors that impact the safe operation of grounding connection, and draws the following conclusions by theoretical analysis and simulation research. While evaluating step voltage and touch voltage, it's inadvisable to consider seasonal factors during the selection of soil resistivity. The testing direction of step voltage and touch voltage should be selected based on simulation computation for getting reliable data. The eligibility criterion on electric integrity of grounding connection should not be 200m^Q but appropriately lowered, and the corrosion evaluation of grounding connection can be got rudely by analogized ways, which need the adding appropriate monitoring point in the comer of the grounding grid. Finally, the grading criterion and reference methods of weigh! value for the testing results of safe operation factors of the grounding connection are proposed for establishing a quantified evaluation system of grading grounding connection,detailing the state evaluation system of the large grounding connection.
