某印刷厂2007—2010年混苯作业工人健康状况调查结果

摘　　要：目的了解2007—2010年深圳市某印刷厂混苯(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)对作业工人的健康状况的影响并探索其原因。方法采用回顾性调查的方法收集2007—2010年深圳市某印刷厂混苯作业工人共计1 268人次的职业健康检查结果,并对上述体检结果进行分析。结果 2007—2010年度该厂接触混苯作业工人神经衰弱症状检出率、血常规异常率及血清中丙氨酸转氨酶异常率均呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为28.2,9.5,13.6,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论基本职业卫生服务的推行对某印刷厂混苯作业工人的健康状况起到了一定的积极作用。[Objective]To understand the effect of benzene mixture（Benzene,toluene,xylene） exposure on workers＇ health and its reasons. [Methods]A retrospective survey was adopted to collect the health examination results of workers exposed to benzene mixture（1 268 person-times）in a printing house of Shenzhen City during 2007-2010,the results were analyzed. [Results]The neurasthenia detection rate,abnormal blood rate and abnormal rate of serum alanine aminotransferase of workers in this enterprise showed downward tendency from 2007-2010,the differences were significant（χ2 values were 28.2,9.5,13.6;P0.05 or P0.01）. [Conclusion]Occupational health services has positive effect on the health condition of the printing workers.
