摘 要:目的建立火焰原子吸收光谱法测定从业人员(包括蓄电池厂、钢丝绳厂、造船厂电焊工)发铅、发锰的方法。方法参考《工作场所空气中锰及其化合物的测定方法》(GBZ/T 160.13-2004),研究用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定发样中的铅和锰。结果该法测定Pb和Mn的线性范围分别为0~10.0和0~1.0μg/ml,相关系数分别为0.999和0.996,检出限分别为0.08和0.03μg/ml,精密度RSD均小于5%,回收率为93.3%~104%。结论用火焰原子吸收光谱法可同时测定一份发样中的铅、锰,操作简便,准确度好和精密度高。[Objective]To establish a method for determining lead and manganese in hair of practitioners(including workers in storage battery factories,steel wire factories,welder in shipyard factories), [Methods]With the reference of "Methods for Determination of Manganese and Its Compounds in Workplace Air "GBZ/T160.13-2004,flame atomic absorption was applied to detect lead and manganese in hair. [Results]The linear ranges,correlation coefficients,detection limits of this method for detection of lead and manganese were 0-10.0 μg/m,0-1.0 μg/ml;0.999,0.996;0.08 μg/ml,0.03 μg/ml;respectively.RSD was under 5%.Recoveries were 93.3%-104%. [Conclusion]Flame atomic absorption is applicable for the determination of lead and manganese by using the same hair sample with easy operation,good accuracy and high precision.
