摘　　要：目的了解十堰市伤害死亡人群的分布特征,为开展伤害预防干预提供科学依据。方法利用2007—2010年十堰市城区疾病监测点死因监测系统数据和公安、民政部门提供的人口资料,根据疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类ICD-10编码手册进行根本死因分类,对十堰市城区居民伤害死亡人群的分布特征进行分析。结果 2007—2010年十堰市城区居民因伤害死亡905人,其中男性伤害死亡619人,女性死亡286人,男女性别比2.16∶1,男性死亡率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。伤害死亡人群的职业构成以生产运输设备操作人员最多,为281例,占职业构成31.05%。伤害死亡人群的文化程度普遍较低,中学以下文化程度为741例,占总死亡人数的81.88%。结论生产运输设备操作人员是伤害预防的重点干预人群,应加强重点职业人群的专业技术培训、安全教育和防护,广泛开展道路交通安全宣传,强化居民安全意识,加强交通执法力度;同时,应加强对老年人的看护和注重家中生活环境的改善,预防和控制伤害死亡的发生。[Objective]To understand the distributed characteristic of injury death crowd in Shiyan City,and provide the scientific basis for the development of injury prevention and intervention. [Methods]The mortality surveillance data collected from monitoring points in urban Shiyan and the population data from public security and civil affairs departments from 2007-2010 were used for death classification according to ICD-10 coding manual.The distributed characteristic of injury deaths of urban residents was analyzed. [Results]A total of 905 residents died from 2007-2010 due to injury,among which 619 were male and 286 were female,the ratio was 2.16∶1,and the difference was significant（P0.01）.The occupational composition analysis showed 281 operators of production and transportation equipment died from injury,occupying 31.05%.The educational backgrounds of dead people were generally lower,741 cases（81.88%）did not complete secondary school. [Conclusion]The production and transportation equipment operators are the key groups for injure prevention.It is necessary to strengthen the professional training,safety education and protection among key groups,to carry out road safety propaganda widely,to enhance the residents＇ awareness of safety,and to strengthen traffic law enforcement.Meanwhile,the elderly care and home environment should be improved to prevent and control the injury and death.
