摘　　要：目的对广州市海珠区疾病预防控制中心2006—2010年公开发表的论文及其作者进行分析,为今后制定科研管理和人才培养规划提供参考。方法运用文献计量学和卫生统计学方法进行统计分析。结果 5年共在38种杂志上发表论文127篇,其中核心期刊占15.7%,被引频次超过1次的论文占66.7%;发表论文最多的杂志是《中国卫生检验杂志》和《职业与健康》,占26.0%,论文主要专业是疾病预防控制,占34.6%;论文负责人年龄以30～39岁组为主,占63.0%;学历以本科为主,占83.5%;职称以中级职称为主,占45.7%。5年间,有61.7%的专业人员发表过1篇以上论文。结论几年来,海珠区疾病预防控制中心发表论文数量和质量不断提升;取得中级以上专业技术职称,具有本科以上学历的中青年专业技术人员是中心的业务骨干;今后应加强中心学术带头人队伍的培养,采取相应措施,激励机制和制度制约有机配合,使中心的学术论文从数量和质量上更上一个台阶。[Objective]To analyze the published papers and authors of Haizhu center for disease control and prevention（CDC） during 2006-2010,provide the reference for making a plan of research management and personnel training. [Methods]Literature quantitative analysis and health statistics methods were used to analyze the data. [Results]During 2006-2010,a total of 127 papers were published in 38 kinds of periodicals.Among them,15.7% were published in Chinese core periodicals,and 66.7% were cited at least one time.26.0% were published in the Chinese Journal of Health Laboratory Technology,and the Occupation and Health.34.6% of papers researched in field of disease control and prevention.63.0% of copyright authors were 30-39 years old,83.5% had an undergraduate diploma,and 45.7% had medium professional title.61.7% have published at least one paper in 5 years. [Conclusion]In recent years,the quantity and quality of published papers written by professionals of Haizhu CDC have improved.The middle-aged professionals who have an undergraduate diploma and medium professional title are the mainstay in Haizhu CDC.In the future,it is necessary to enforce the training of leading academic team,carry out the relevant measures,combine the prompting mechanism and policy restriction,so as to improve the amounts or quality the of the papers.
