摘　　要：目的:优选茅莓总皂苷的提取工艺。方法:在单因素考察的基础上,以乙醇浓度、固液比、提取温度和提取时间为考察因素,以茅莓总皂苷提取率为指标,优选茅莓总皂苷的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,提取时间为3h,固液比为1:20,提取温度为80℃。在此条件下,茅莓总皂苷提取率达到1.994%。结论:该工艺稳定、可行,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。OBJECTIVE：Find out the optimal extraction process of total saponins of Rubus rviflolius（TGRP） to provide a foundation for the future research of it.METHODS：Based on the single factors research,throughl orthogonal design to optimize the extraction process of TGRP.RESULTS：The optimal extraction process of TGRP were：the concentration of ethanol solution was 80%;ratio to solid was 1：20;extraction temperature was 80 ℃;extraction time was 3 h.Under this condition the extraction rate of TGRP achieved 1.994%.CONCLUSION：The process gotten in the research is suitable for industrial production.
