摘　　要：目的:为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对我院2009-2010年上报的中药注射剂不良反应病例的用药情况进行干预前、后的对比分析。结果:通过一系列合理的干预措施,降低了中药注射剂使用后的不良反应。结论:规范中药注射剂的使用,可以降低其不良反应的发生,促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use of TCM injections in the clinic.METHODS：By using retrospective analysis,drug use of TCM injections-induced ADR reports in our hospital during 2009-2010 were analyzed comparatively before and after intervention.RESULTS：After some rational interventions,TCM injection-induced ADR had reduced.CONCLUTION：Correct use of TCM injections should be standardized to reduce the occurrence of ADR and promote rational drug use in the clinic.
