摘 要:目的:建立一种配制低浓度甲醛标准气体的方法。方法:配制1+1甲醛溶液,置于D-10扩散管中,配合应用PD-1B-2标准气体发生装置,在一定条件下发生恒定低浓度范围甲醛气体,应用酚试剂法进行测定。结果:相同条件下发生的甲醛气体经酚试剂法测定,气体浓度基本一致。结论:该方法发生的甲醛气体经化学法定值后可以作为标准气体使用,且操作简便,样品试剂低廉,实验成本低。Objective: To establish a method of generating low concentration of standard formaldehyde. Methods: 1 + 1 formalin solution was made up and added into D - 10 diffusion tube, low concentration of constant formaldehyde was produced within given condition by calibration gas generation system with the D - 10 diffusion tube. The formaldehyde was tested by MBTH spectrophotometric method. Results: Different batches of formaldehyde produced in the same condition was determined by MBTH spectrophotometric method and the gas concentrations were much the same. Conclusion: Formaldehyde produced with this method can be used as standard gas after it was determined by chemical methods. This method is easy and cheap.
