摘 要:目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征患者治疗前后血浆PAF、TPO水平变化及临床意义。方法:急性冠脉综合征65例为观察组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定治疗前、后血浆PAF、TPO水平,正常对照组29例。结果:急性心肌梗死患者、不稳定型心绞痛组治疗前,血浆PAF水平分别为(125.56±19.72)μg/L、(117.32±23.88)μg/L,健康对照组为(61.10±17.80)μg/L,观察组治疗后下降,均为P<0.01;急性心肌梗死患者、不稳定型心绞痛组血浆TPO水平,治疗前分别为(57.16±22.80)ng/L、(32.07±14.20)ng/L,均高于健康对照组(19.72±16.96)ng/L,P<0.01,观察组治疗后下降。结论:急性冠脉综合征患者血浆PAF水平和TPO水平升高,是反映与血小板功能和活化状态相关的非特异性炎症标志物,可以观察疗效。Objective:To study the clinical significance of difference of platelet - activating factor and thrombopoietin plasma level after treatment from those before treatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods: 65 random selected patients with acute coronary syndrome were taken as observation group, among them, 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 18 patients with unstable angina were diagnosed, 29 health people as control group were investigated. Linked immunosorbent assay, which was used for determination of platelet - activating factor and thrombopoietin plasma level after treatment and those before treatment, was carried out in observation group and control group. Results: Plasm PAF level in patients with acute myocardial infarction and patients with unstable angina before treatment were ( 125.56 ± 19.72) μg/L and ( 117.32 _± 23.88) μg/L respectively, which were both higher than that of control group (61.10 ± 17.80) μg/L. Plasm TPO level in patients with acute myocardial infarction and patients with unstable angina before treatment were (57.16 ± 22.80)ng/L and (32.07 ± 14.20)ng/L respectively, which were both higher than that of control group (19.72 ± 16.96)ng/L. Both plasm PAF level and plasm TPO level in observation group decreased after treatment(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion: The results showed significant rise of plasma PAF level and TPO levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes. PAF level and TPO levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes were nonspecific inflammation markers to reflect platelet function and activation state. They had an important value for observation of treatment efficacy in patients with coronary artery disease.
