摘 要:目的:研究不同浓度TTC对细菌生长的影响。方法:分别将大肠埃希菌,金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌经培养后调成适宜的稀释度,添加0.2%、0.5%、1%TTC水溶液平板计数琼脂,同时以不添加TTC的计数琼脂作为对照,观察细菌的生长状况。结果:大肠埃希菌在不同浓度TTC下均能生长,P>0.05;金黄色葡萄球菌在0.2%TTC平板计数琼脂生长和对照组无显著差异P>0.05,在0.5%、1%TTC平板计数琼脂不能生长;蜡样芽胞杆菌在0.2%TTC平板计数琼脂生长和对照组有显著差异P<0.05,在0.5%以上TTC平板计数琼脂不能生长。结论:不同浓度的TTC对大肠埃希菌为代表的革兰阴性菌的生长影响较小;对金黄色葡萄球菌为代表的革兰阳性菌的生长,0.5%TTC以上平板计数琼脂不能生长;对蜡样芽胞杆菌为代表的芽胞菌的生长0.2%TTC平板计数琼脂生长就有影响,0.5%TTC以上平板计数琼脂不能生长。Objective:To study the effect of TTC concentration on bacterial growth in plate count agar. Methods: E. coli, S. aureus and B. cereus were diluted to appropriate concentration after cultivation. Trc with concentration of 0.2%, 0.5% and 1% were added into plate count agar respectively, and plate count agar without TIC was taken as the control, then the growth of bacteria in plate count agar was observed. Results: E. coli was able to grow in plate count agar with TTC at any concentrations(P 〉 0. 05). S. aureus was able to grow with TTC at concentration of 0.2% and there was no significant difference when compared to the control(P 〉 0. 05). B. cereus was able to grow with TIC at concentration of 0.2% and there was significant difference when compared to the control(P 〈 0.05). Both S. aureus and B. cereus were not able to grow with TTC at concentrations of 0.5% and 1%. Conclusion: TTC concentration has little influence on growth of gram negative bacteria with E. coli as the representative. Gram positive bacteria (S. aureus as the representative) and sporeformer (B. cereus as the representative) were not able to grow in plate count agar with TTC at concentrations more than 0.5%.
