摘  要:目的:对我国云南省边境线获得的未知病毒进行分离鉴定。方法:将样本进行随机聚合酶链式反应,纯化链接到载体中进行序列的测定,确定病毒为甲病毒属类盖他病毒,然后用特异性引物进行衣壳蛋白基因和3'UTR区序列进行DNA测序,分析比较该病毒的分子生物学遗传特征,绘制系统发育树。结果:该病毒为盖塔病毒。结论:该病毒与韩国分离株和河北两株亲缘关系较近,而与MM2021马来西亚原始毒株亲缘关系较远。Objective:To isolate and identify the unknown virus from the Yunnan border. Methods:' The virus samples were randomly amplified by RT -PCR. Then the amplification products were linked to T -vector for sequencing and identification of Getah virus. Specific primers were designed for DNA sequencing of capsid protein genes and 3' UTR region. The molecular biological features of this virus and other virus were analyzed and compared. Finally, phylogenetic tree of this virus was drawn. Results: The virus was one of the Getah virus. Conclusion: The result showed that the virus had a closer relationship with South Korea virus strain, Hebei virus strain, and a far genetic relationshiD with MM2021.
