摘  要:将TiO2载体低温催化剂在水泥窑脱氮上进行了初步试验。首先取氨氮比为0.9,计算出理论喷氨量并运用于该试验。在相同烟气量和喷氨量下,经过催化反应,NOx浓度从初始的503mg/m3(标态)降为170℃时的57.5mg/m3(标态)。当喷入过量氨气时,随着温度的升高,催化剂的脱氮效率变化规律与氨气没有过量喷入时基本相同,其最大脱氮效率为89.45%,反应条件为170℃,氨气流量4.00SL/min。连续运行20h,脱氮效率上下波动为±1%。使用6个月后烟气截面催化剂孔道没有阻塞,即此低温催化剂可在水泥窑袋除尘器之后长期使用。Low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR) denitrification in PC kiln was conducted using TiO2 catalyst.Take the NH3/N2 ratio as 0.9,the theoretical quantity of ammonia consumption was calculated and applied in this experiment.Maintain stationary exhaust gas flow volume and ammonia consumption quantity,concentration of NOx reduced from initial 503mg/m3 at normal state to 57.5mg/m3 of 170℃ after catalytic reaction.When excess ammonia was injected into SCR reactor,denitrification efficiency was familar to that without excess ammonia with temperature increasing and achieved the maximum of 89.45% under conditions of 170 ℃,ammonia flow rate of 4.00 SL/min.Denitrification efficiency fluctuated ± 1% only after 20h continuous operating.TiO2 catalyst injecter has not been blocked after 6 months that means TiO2 low-temperature catalyst could be long-term used behind bag filter in PC kiln.
