晚期妊娠妇女122例凝血功能及D-二聚体的检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解妊娠晚期妇女凝血功能多项指标及D-二聚体(DD)检测的临床意义。方法采用日本Sys-mex CA-1500全自动血凝仪检测122例晚期妊娠妇女与80例健康非孕妇女凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)与D-二聚体(DD)。结果妊娠晚期妇女PT、APTT和TT均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。FIB、DD均明显增高(P<0.01)。结论妊娠晚期妇女血液凝血程度明显高于非孕对照组,处于高凝状态,易发生DIC。Objective To study the changes of main indexes of blood coagulation function and D-dimers （ DD ） of late pregnant women. Methods Blood coagulation function indexes and DD in 122 late pregnant and 80 non-pregnant healthy women were determined by Sysmex CA-1500. Results Compared with a control group, the levels of prothrombin time （PT） , partial thromboplastin time （AVFF） in the late pregnant women were significantly shorter. The level of fibrinogen （ FIB } increased obviously and the level of DD was significantly higher. Conclusion The various indexes of blood coagulation function in ]ate pregnant women are different from those of non-pregnant women. It suggests that the coagulability of late pregnant women is increased.
