房颤患者320排容积CT冠状动脉成像的图像质量评价

摘　　要：目的探讨房颤患者320排容积CT冠状动脉血管成像的图像质量。方法 19例房颤患者行320排容积CT冠状动脉成像,以优、良、差为标准,评价各支冠状动脉的图像分布。同时评价平均心率<70 bpm和平均心率≥70bpm两组图像质量分布情况。结果平均心率<70 bpm和平均心率≥70 bpm组间图像质量分布无统计学差异(P=0.43);针对RCA、LAD、LCX,图像质量分布均无统计学差异(P=0.91,0.51,0.53)。结论对于房颤患者,320排容积CT冠状动脉成像可获得较高质量的图像,扩大冠状动脉CTA的临床应用范围。Objective To evaluate the quality of coronary images of 320-detector row CT in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The image quality of 19 patients with atrial fibrillation were evaluated according to 3 degrees （excellent, good and bad）. The image quality also was analyzed between the two subgroups with average heart rate above or below 70bpm. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two subgroups（P = 0.43 ） and among RCA, LAD and LCX （P = 0.9l ,0.5 1,0.53 ）.
