摘 要:目的探讨血浆6-酮-前列腺素Fia(6-酮-PGFia)、8-表氧-前列腺素F2a(8-表氧-PGF2a)和11-去氢-血栓烷B2(DH-TXB2)水平在2型糖尿病肾病中的变化及临床意义。方法应用放射免疫分析法测定Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者血浆中6-酮-PGFia,8-表氧-PGF2a和酶联法测定11-去氢-血栓烷B2,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病患者组血浆8-表氧-PGF2a,DH-TXB2水平显著高于正常组(P<0.01),而6-酮-PGFia水平则显著低于正常人组(P<0.01),血浆6-酮-PGFia水平与尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)水平呈负相关(r=-0.4123,P<0.05),而血浆DH-TXB2和8-表氧-PGF2a水平与mAlb水平呈正相关(r=0.4128,0.5014,P<0.05)。结论Ⅱ型糖尿病血管内皮受损,血小板活化和脂质过氧化致Ⅱ型糖尿病肾病的发生、发展的重要机制。Objective To investigate the plasma 6-keto-Fia (6-keto-PGFia), 8-Table Oprostaglandin F2a (8-Table O- PGF2a) and 11-dehydrogenase- thromboxane B2 (DH-TXB2} levels in type 1I diabetic nephropathy and its clinical significance. Methods Patients with type 1I diabetic nephropathy were tested by radioimmunoassay in terms of plasma 6-keto-PGFia,8-Table O-PGF2a and their l l-dehydrogenase-thromboxane B2 was tested using ELISA. 35 normal healthy people were chosen for comparison. Results In patients with type lI diabetic nephropathy, plasma 8-Table O-PGF2a and DH-TXB2 were significantly higher than the normal group(P 〈 0.01) , and 6-keto-PGFia level was significantly lower than the normal controls { P 〈 0.01 ). Plasma 6-keto-PGFia level and urinary albumin { mAlb) were negatively correlated ( r = - 0. 4123, P 〈 0.05 ), while plasma DH-TXB2 and 8-Table mAlb oxygen-PGF2a levels were positively correlated [ r = 0. 4128,0.5014, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Type ]l diabetes vascular endothelial damage,platelet activation and lipid peroxidation may induce type II diabetic nephropathy. It is an important mechanism for the development.
