中国生产性服务业集聚的空间统计分析

摘　　要：采用空间统计学原理和方法,利用Open Goeda分析工具,对生产性服务业的空间分布特征进行了研究,结果显示:生产性服务业空间分布具有明显的集聚特征,产值高、发展最快的都集中在东部沿海省份,即环渤海、长三角和珠三角地区,形成高值集聚区。西部地区各省份的产值呈低值分布,形成低值集聚区。中部地区各省份产值较高且与高值区毗邻,分布较为集中。进一步按行业分析,发现交通运输、仓储和邮政业的空间自相关系数远远高于其他行业;金融业、租赁和商务服务业的空间自相关系数较高;房地产业,信息传输、计算机服务和软件业的空间自相关系数较小;科学研究、技术服务和地质勘查业的空间自相关系数最小,这表明我国生产性服务业空间依赖性主要表现为传统生产性服务业,现代新兴生产性服务业在省域间还没有产生明显的空间溢出效应。In this paper, the principle and methods of spatial statistics are adopted to analyse the spatial dis- tribution of producer services. The result shows that producer services have obvious cluster characteristics in the spatial distribution of the region. The high output value is concentrated in the eastern coastal province, namely, the Round Bohai Area, Yangtze River delta and Pearl River delta forming high value areas. The value＇ s distribution of western region＇ provinces are low, forming low value areas. The value is relatively high and the value＇ s distribution is relatively concentrated in central provinces. Further study of the subdivision industry found that the spatial autocorrelation coefficient of transport and storage and post is far higher than other industries ; Financial, intermediation and leasing and business services is a little bit higher; Real estate, information transmission, computer services and software is a little bit smaller; Scientific research, technical services and geologic prospecting is the smallest, this shows that the Chinese producer service industry in the space dependence is mainly for traditional producer service. Modem emerging producer service in the provincial area haven＇ t produce clear soace soillover effect.
