山岳旅游景区旅游扶贫模式探析——基于对伏牛山重渡沟景区田野调查的思考

摘　　要：伏牛山重渡沟景区发展具有典型示范性,探讨重渡沟景区旅游扶贫机制和发展路径,分析其存在的问题和未来发展策略,既有助于旅游扶贫理论研究的深入,也可以促进旅游扶贫实践的科学发展;通过实地调研掌握一手资料,采用企业经济分析的理论方法,揭示了重渡沟景区经济利益主体间的合作博弈图景。研究表明:伏牛山重渡沟景区旅游扶贫模式的独特之处在于景区公司+农户的互补型旅游企业共同体的组织形式、旅游公司对农家宾馆的垄断管理和一体化的经营机制、旅游公司与社区合作博弈中政府的制度保障和约束作用的发挥等;结论是农户深度参与景区旅游企业经营体系,保证社区居民旅游受益最大化,是旅游扶贫成功的关键。Development on tourism is one of the important ways of the poverty-eradication in mountain area. The pattern of anti-poverty in Chongdugou scenic spot includes the following main contents： Chongdugou scenic company add peasant family forms of organization, scenic company to peasant family＇ s hotel monopoly management and integration operation mechanism , government playing an important role in system construction about competi- tion and cooperation of scenic company and the community residents, and so on . The pattern of anti-poverty and development on tourism effectively ensure the benefit maximization of the community residents .
