平战结合下大型服务系统应急备品备件管理研究

摘　　要：基于大型服务系统应急备品备件与日常维护备品备件可替换的特点,提出了平战结合下大型服务系统应急备品备件管理的框架模型,并从其管理主体、目标、技术支撑和运作四方面进行了阐述;分析了应急备品备件在准备、筹集、响应和调整等四个物流阶段的具体管理运作流程;并以国家电网公司的应急备品备件管理为案例进行了说明。Based on the characteristic that the emergency spare parts can be replaced by the routine spare parts,a management frame model for emergency spare parts in large-scale system under combination of routine and emergency is proposed,and the management subject,goal,technology support and operation are stated.The detailed management operation process of emergency spare parts is analyzed in whole logistics stage of preparation,raise,response and adjustment.A case about management of emergency spare parts in State Grid Corporation of China is given.
