摘　　要：循环农业是北京农业可持续发展的必由之路,但北京的循环农业发展由于受到生产小单元、农民认识不足、缺乏成熟技术、政策操作性不强等因素的制约而后劲不足。农民专业合作组织可以联系分散农户,起到宣传推广循环农业的理念和技术、解决循环农业产品的销售、保障农民与政府之间的沟通等作用。因此,需要制定有效对策,通过发展农民专业合作组织来推动北京循环农业的发展。The recycling agriculture is the road to sustainable development of agriculture in Beijing.Because of small production units,and the lack of understanding and mature technology and policy,the recycling agriculture development of Beijing is lacking in vitality.Farmers' cooperative organizations can play a role in contacting scattered farmers,selling production of recycling agriculture,and maintaining the conjunction of farmer and government.We need to formulate policies to encourage the development of farmers' cooperative organizations to promote recycling agriculture in Beijing.
