摘 要:利用共沉淀法制备了Yb和Mn离子共掺的LaMgAl11O19荧光粉。研究其室温下的发光性能。紫外光激发时观察到发光中心位于504nm的单一宽带发光峰,归因于Yb2+的激发态4f135d能级与基态4f14能级间的电子跃迁。同时观察到Yb和Mn共掺的LaMgAl11O19中存在Yb2+对Mn2+的传能现象,传能过程可能是Yb2+离子的4f135d能级和4f14能级与Mn2+离子的4T1能级和6A1能级之间发生能量传递。这种荧光粉可望应用于白光LED。LaMgAl11O19 phosphors codoped with Yb and Mn ions were prepared by a co-precipitation method.The luminescent properties of the LaMgAl11O19: Yb,Mn phosphors were investigated at room temperature.A broad emission band centered at 504nm was observed due to the electronic transitions from the excited state 4f135d to the ground state 4f14 of Yb2+.At the same time,an energy transfer from the Yb^2+ to Mn^2+ ions was also observed in LaMgAl11O19: Yb,Mn.The energy transfer process may involve the 4f135d and 4f14 levels of Yb^2+ and the 4T1 and 6A1 levels of the Mn^2+.It is suggested that this phosphor could be applied in light emitting diodes(LEDs).
