摘　　要：选用模糊综合评价法,经过合理确定指标评分标准、构建指标隶属函数、建立指标、项目和类别评判矩阵、结合权重进行矩阵运算、获得综合得分等步骤,构建了绩效综合评价模型为实现疾病预防控制整体绩效的综合评价提供了方法学基础,解决了因为体系的复杂性难以准确把握信息多样性的问题。The principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the performance of the disease control and prevention system in China.The comprehensive evaluation model was established by the following steps：determining the grade criterion of the index system,building the membership function,constructing the judgment matrix of indicators,items and categories,calculating the performance scores on the basis of weights,getting the integrated scores.The model provided the method foundation for performance assessment and solved the problem caused by information diversity of the complicated system.
