摘　　要：目的:分析2007至2010年上海市从业人员预防性健康检查监督效果,提出工作建议。方法:对有关卫生监督检查数据资料进行分析研究。结果:强化和不断深入的卫生监督促进了上海市从业人员预防性健康检查的规范开展和质量提高,但有关违法行为仍然存在,建议通过加强法制宣传、更具针对性的监督检查以及强化社会监督作用等方法进一步规范从业人员预防性健康检查。Objective：To get a clear picture of preventive health inspection of employees in Shanghai by analyzing data from 2007 to 2010 and put forward work proposals.Methods：Supervision data of the preventive health examination all over Shanghai from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed.Results：Generally speaking,the overall preventive health examination in Shanghai was strengthened,but the violations still existed.Further work of intensifying law publicity,stronger supervision and strengthening social supervision to standardize the preventive health examination in Shanghai were recommended.
