活动性出血倾向患者无肝素透析的护理

摘　　要：目的分析活动性出血血透患者采用无肝素透析的护理体会。方法笔者所在医院2008年1月～2010年12月共对21例活动性出血患者进行的无肝素血液透析38例次,收集相关资料进行进一步的总结经验。结果 21例患者顺利完成38例次的无肝素血液透析。透析器Ⅱ级凝血8例次,Ⅲ级凝血1例次,更换透析器,完成治疗。患者在透析后临床未出现新的出血情况及出血加重血小板值(PLT)无明显变化。结论活动性出血血透患者采用无肝素透析配合护理干预在提高透析安全的情况下又保证了透析质量。Objective To analysis nursing experience of non - heparin hemodialysis for patients with active bleeding. Methods From January 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital 21 patients with active bleeding in patients with heparin - free hemodialysis 38 cases times to collect relevant information for further lessons. Results 21 patients successfully completed 38 cases of heparin - free hemodialysis times, Ⅱ level blood coagulation 8 cases of time, Ⅲ level blood coagulation in 1 time, the replacement of dialysis, complete treatment. Dialysis patients in clinical did not appear new bleeding, and increased bleeding, platelet value （PLT） no change. Conclusion It is revealed that treatment with non - heparin hemodialysis and nursing intervention for patients with active bleeding is safe and effective.
