扩大潜式开窗减压手术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症的疗效随访研究

摘　　要：目的分析扩大潜式开窗减压手术治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症的中长期疗效。方法回顾性分析解放军第89医院应用扩大潜式开窗减压的手术方法治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄症18例患者的临床资料。结果术后随访3～5年,平均随访时间3.5年,术后末次随访时患者临床症状得到明显改善,恢复生活自理能力。末次随访时患者腰椎侧弯冠状面Cobb角无明显进展,平均进展角度为3.5°,椎间隙高度无明显丢失。结论扩大潜式开窗减压术是治疗退变性腰椎侧弯并椎管狭窄的一种行之有效又经济实惠的手术方案。Objective Analysis of potential to expend window decompression treatment degenerative scoliosis merger lumbar spinal stenosis disease in long - term effect. Methods All the 18 patients who come from the 89th PLA hospital were retrospectively analyzed application potential type window decompression of expending operation method to treat degeneratie lumbar scolisis and stensis with clinical data. Results Follow - up of 3 to 5 years, the average follow - up period was 3.5 years, and at the end of the postoperative follow - up time, the clinical symptoms improved, ability to return to independent living. The final follow - up in patients with lumbar side - bending coronal cobb Angle no significant progress, an average of 3.5° Angle for progress, no significant loss of gap height. Conclusion The＂ windows decompression technique＂ is the treatment, a kind of effective and economical treatment, for degenerative lumbar scoliosis merger stenosis.
