摘　　要：目的评价彩超在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术前后的应用价值。方法对拟行桡动脉、冠状动脉造影的患者术前进行上肢动脉检查及桡动脉冠状动脉造影患者术后出现局部并发症进行超声检查。结果 (1)对拟行桡动脉冠状动脉造影的63例患者术前进行上肢动脉超声检查,发现桡动脉变异及走行异常8例,其中走行迂曲6例,桡动脉直接起自腋动脉1例,桡动脉纤细1例。(2)对桡动脉冠状动脉造影术后局部并发症15例进行超声检查,发现前臂皮下淤血10例,局部血肿4例,假性动脉瘤1例。结论 (1)桡动脉变异及走行异常的患者全部成功进行桡动脉冠状动脉造影,1例桡动脉纤细的患者成功进行经股动脉冠状动脉造影,术前进行上肢动脉检查可提高冠状动脉造影的成功率。(2)经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术后发生的局部并发症,超声可为临床诊断、鉴别诊断和确立治疗方案提供及时可靠的依据,并可评价治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the application of color Dopple uhransound in coronary angiography. Methods Exam the upper artery before and after coronary angiography. Results （ 1 ） Exam the upper artery before coronary angiography （ n = 63 ） to find out mutation and circuitous（ n = 8 ） , include circuitous（ n = 6 ） , come from axillary（ n = 1 ）, and slender（ n = 1 ）. （2）To exam the local complication （n = 15 ）after coronary angiography, find out oozing of blood （ n = 10）. hematoma （ n = 4）. and osteofaseial compartment syndrome （ n = 1 ）. Coulusion （ 1 ） All the cases succeed the transrdial coronary angiography. 1 case of success for patients with radial fine by the artery coronary angiography. Examing the upper artery before operation can inceam successful rate. （2）Local complication after coronary angiography of reliable uhrasound can provide the according for clinic include diagnosis distguish, and treatment program, to evaluate the effect of treatment.
