2型糖尿病患者血细胞检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量的变化及其对判断血管并发症的价值。方法检测58例2型糖尿病患者伴有血管病变,61例2型糖尿病患者无血管病变及50例健康人血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量,比较其改变。结果 2型糖尿病伴有血管病变的患者血小板、白细胞、红细胞的形态和数量的变化明显异于2型糖尿病患者无血管病变及50例健康人,之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病伴有血管病变患者的血小板、白细胞和红细胞的形态和数量具有明显的变化,对判断血管并发症具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical change of conformation and counts of platelet （PLT）, red blood cell （RBC）, white blood cell（WBC） with type 2 diabetes mellitus,to predict the clinical value of type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease. Methods To test the PLT,RBC and WBC in 58 type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease （group A） ,61 type 2 diabetic patients with non -vascular disease （ group B） and 50 normal controls （group C）. Results The clinical change of conformation and counts of PLT, RBC, WBC in type 2 diabetes mellitus with vascular disease different from type 2 diabetic patients with non - vascular disease and controls, it was singnificant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Detections of conformation and counts of PLT, RBC,WBC in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are to help predicting type 2 diabetic patients with vascular disease,it is important clinical value.
